Two white doves flying over a “Peace on Earth” banner. This would look great hanging over a door for Christmas. There is a separate earth ornament that can be hung with ribbon above the doves. The lettering is “fretwork”, the cut out areas create a dark shadow no need to inlay with dark wood. Religious
Woods Used:  Various shades of Western Red Cedar for the banner & beak, Aspen for the doves, 1/2" Walnut for the Earth, 1/2" Spalted Maple of the Water, 3/16" Walnut dowels for eyes. Suggested Blades:  Gold #5 for Western Red Cedar or any softwood. Platinum Plus #5,  Platinum #5,  TLB #5  for the hardwoods.  PLP-2/0, or TLB #2/0 to cut the interior lines (after the exterior lines are cut).
