Need a Full-Size Printed Pattern?

Prefer to print locally? Through our partnership with Staples Office Supply, JGR customers receive 35% off full-size red-line pattern printing. After purchasing a Digital Download:

1. Download your PDF pattern.
2. Email the PDF to your preferred Staples location.
3. Tell them you're a JGR Patterns customer.
4. Provide Customer Code 9831528295 for your discount.
5. Choose in-store pickup or shipping.

When will I receive my Digital Download?

Immediately after your payment is complete. You'll receive:

• an order confirmation
• a download email
• access from your order page

I didn't receive my download email.

First, check your Spam or Junk folder. Still can't find it? Contact us and we'll be happy to help.

Can I download my pattern again later?

Yes! Your download email includes a View Your Downloads button so you can access eligible files again if needed.

My email to Staples bounced back.

Large PDF attachments can exceed email limits. Try:

• using a file sharing service like Dropbox or Google Drive
• contacting your local Staples directly
