On the product page, CLICK on the Down Arrow inside the blue box to see all DELIVERY OPTIONS.

Option #2 Download Pattern - Emailed to You Instantly
After making your selection, check out as normal.
If you selected Option #2, the pattern will be emailed
to the email address you supplied.
How Can I Get the Patterns Printed?
In our partnership with STAPLES OFFICE SUPPLY,
you can NOW order 35% off discounted red-line copies in whatever size you like!
If you want to take your hard-copy pattern to Staples
or download your pattern onto a flash drive and take to Staples,
you will be able to get red-line copies in whatever size you like.

You can order your copies by emailing your PDF download to the store
and pick them up ready to go or have them shipped to your door

For PICK-UP Orders:
Step #1 - Email ANTHONY at Anthony.DiGiovanni@staples.com / attach the download PDF we emailed you.
Step #2 - State that you are a JGR customer and give your name and phone number.
Step #3 - Give your order: the number of pattern copies and the size you want to order.
Step #4 - Include Customer Code #9831528295 For the 35% discount
Step #5 -Provide The Staples Office Supply store where you choose to pick up your copies.
Frequently Asked Questions
Q: When will the download pattern pdf be delivered?
A: Immediately on payment.
Q: What happens if I don't receive the email?
A: Check your spam folder. If it is not there, call our staff for assistance.
Q: How can I download additional copies of the pattern?
A: In your email, there's a blue button labeled "View Your Downloads." It will take you to our website where you can download additional copies of the patterns included in your order. There is a limit to how many copies can be downloaded.
Q: I tried emailing Staples, but my email was returned. What happened?
A: Make sure to remove your attachments. They may be too large for your email to send to Staples, and will cause your email to be returned.
