Lucy Lu is the dog that helped originate OFSDS, she loved her "Hurlles" the pink toy, had a smile on her face all the time, even after living through a bad past before going home to the OFSDS. She crossed the rainbow bridge in 2014. She is on the top of the framed piece "Where Love Never Grows Old". A portion of each pattern sold ($2.00) will be donated to the sanctuary.

Woods Used; 3/4" thick western red cedar for most of the fur, basswood for the light, aspen or holly for the white, yellow heart for the halo, pink ivory wood for the toy, and a little Peruvian Walnut for the eyes.

A Wonder Wheel was used for adding texture.
Suggested Blades:  Gold #5 for Pine or any softwood. Platinum Plus #3,  Platinum #5,  Pegas #3 or 5, TLB #5  for the hardwoods.  PLP #2/0, or TLB #2/0 to cut the interior lines (after the exterior lines are cut).
