This is the I-228 Sea Gull Flight project. As mentioned on the FAQ page the shades can vary depending on what my wood selection is. It is getting harder to find the really dark WRC, walnut is my second choice for the dark wood. I have more trouble getting the dark wood so I start selecting my wood by picking the darkest shade that I have. I choose boards that are progressively lighter.
